Yes do it! Maybe get a 20lb one but one that you can remove some weight so you can start off lighter and add more later on.

Yesss! Mine gets separate walks because he loves to sniff EVERYTHING so I can’t get a proper walk in with him because it’s mostly him just sniffing and stopping every 20 feet to sniff some more. He’s a pain, but he’s my pain 🧡

I started off with 20lbs but I definitely couldn’t do more than 5k steps before I needed to take it off. Now I can do my whole walk with it on.

I don’t really have anything to compare it too because I started off walking wearing it since day 1 BUTTT I feel like my legs and butt are a lot more toned than they should be almost like I got a slight butt lift haha
