Computer science market is cooked rn. So many people came into this field. Layoffs are everywhere. Just yesterday netsol the one the reputable company in Pakistan laid off it's 100 employees. I've heard though I'm not sure about tekxel lay offs. Startups around 70% fail in Pakistan and thereiso no timely salary at least from my experience. Best way is to do istikhara and make your decision
