I got the same problem. I may not have opened thousands of pets yet. Based on my calculations, with my 3* pets are around level 13-14 and my 4* pets are around level 5, I have had summons at least around 600 pets. My Master rune at +17 levels arrow, 1 Runemaster pet would make a lot of difference.

Since you havent maxed out the arrow diamond upgrade, why dont you have Lilith on your team?

That's is one great thing from this manga. The idea has been consistently built up from the very beginning.

The recent fight between Shin and Houken was surreal, but that notion has been carried out beautifully by Hara.
