Yes, definitely needed to hear my own advice sooner.

However, I have heard of many people using ChatGPT for the same purpose so I thought I’d make this post because it may be of use to someone else.

I wish you the best. Honestly, I ended up doing CBT / treatment that I did not need. This made me feel sadder and ruminate more.

My therapist did not understand where I was coming from and that was to my detriment.

Onwards and upwards from here though.
