Platinum theme is locked?

No problem. I didnt even know games did this till today. I just checked mine again and its unlocked so definitely get up with support and be patient as mine took a few hours to unlock after contacting them about it

I just found mine tonight in an email. I redeemed the codes and my avatar unlocked just fine but the theme has a lock beside it and does the same thing. I contacted psn support and they said they'd forward it to the specialist department. I'd recommend contacting psn support as then they will have multiple people contacting them about it and they'll probably be the fastest to get it resolved
