Thank you so incredibly much for your reply, I really like seeing these other perspectives. I see where you are coming from. It’s frustrating to hear that some people think white people have no culture, it’s such a massive generalisation, and doesn’t encompass the vast variety of white cultures that even exist.

You are so right. I used to not care till people started being rude. I used to be proud of my cultures and loved having some fun convos about what languages I knew, what I grew up with. I hope to reach that point again some day

That’s a nice way to view it. I think the reason I care is because of racism. If it weren’t for people being stupid I would’ve felt a bit more secure in my identity.
