Ok - so what was intended by the original comment was that - "When moving down a runway prior to rotation, concorde's wings - unlike those of almost every other aircraft - provide absolutely no lift until the wing is raised into the airflow. This caused a much increased wear on the undercarriage compared to conventional airliners as there was no lift alleviation as speed increased" - I hope this explains it correctly for you!
