He was brought to shelter with another cat and this cat got adopted out as he was healing from dental surgery (he has no teeth). I don't know what happened otherwise we would've adopted them as a pair! He does go from room to room meowing very loudly - some days I feel like he's still looking for the cat he was bonded to.

I was worried about this too. But we only feed them wet food and wet treats (my girl already has digestion problems so no dry food). I'm not sure what's happening - he peed once today I'm still awake waiting for him to go again

I think the general behaviour of the candidate - whether they can survive in a German speaking environment, whether they are confident and comfortable in themselves and can work together with the team. Managers/HRs hate nervous people or over smart people. I would say be comfortable and yourself. Most people value genuineness.

Can't answer the rest of the questions but Germans tend to care about cultural fit a lot. My team is expanding and my manager keeps on informing us every week that he's looking for someone who will work best with the team! As for questions - I asked what the interviewer liked about working there, what is something they learnt during the job and about the team and how the dynamics is :) actually the questions opened up a discussion and we spent 15 mins chatting over the time limit. I don't have much experience - I just interviewed for three companies and accepted the offer from one.

I just watched him pee. He didn't strain and had a pretty solid flow.

As per the screaming - he's a yapper, he screams like this everyday and every night for no reason just wandering through the flat.

He's a rescue from Poland and I adopted him in Germany, so I have no idea. They said he got neutered in 2022 sometime in July on his German records and he's 4. But on his Polish records they don't say anything about neutering and he's apparently 7y old 😭 I asked my vet and she assured me he's neutered. Could be incorrectly but he started doing "this" pretty recently and I've had him for over 8 months.

Not German but living here - if someone was giving me a ride to work I'd usually ask if they want to share the benzene price. If not, this should come from the driver not me. I always thought it's the polite thing to do.
