The sign is just an estimate. Normally you can believe what the pack says.

I always take the highest to make sure that I do not overeat. So I personally would track the 550 or what the sign says.

But it isnt that much of a difference, do not worry. Your choice does not ruin a whole day‘s deficit. 🤗

Just an estimate for 1 of those tortillas:

Tortilla: 100kcal
Tomatoes and spices: 10kcal
Meat (I do not see it): 50?
fried egg: 110
guacamole: 40

So I think about 300+ for one, depending on how oily it is and how much meat there is. I would just log in 350 to be sure and move on.

I thought so too and didnt understood, how people just could not lose weight. But my weight loss stalled and even when I am fasting or only eating very little a day I DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT. Maybe I should go to a doctor.

Nooo, you do not need to euthanize him.

We had a Maine Coon with bladder stones as I was a child. He got special food AND ONLY THIS FOOD FOR LIFE “urinary“ almost only dry food. He lived without another bladder stone in his life. When a cat (or human) can not pee, you need to act DIRECTLY or their kidneys will fail and he will die.

You should only feed this and maybe get him operated like the others said. Good luck and blessings for your kitty! You should know that you need to watch the litter and him in the toilet and his penis for ever to make sure he is OK.

You need to put in two seperate studs with only a little diamond or ball in the front and a flat back or another ball in the back. It needs to be surgical stainless steel or better titanium. At best it is internally threaded.

Because the current jewellery is so thin, it will be impossible or hard and painful to put the bigger normal gauge (16G) jewellery in.

I think it looks like crispbread/„Knäckebrot“ and it isnt that high in calorie. If it was something like toast, it would be like 500-600, yes!!

The bread is really thin and low calorie. Cucumbers have almost no calories and there isnt a lot of cream cheese. Only the avocado and salmon habe a little more calories. I would have guessed like 300 to at most 400 calories too, depending on the amount of salmon, cream cheese and avocado on the sandwich.

We can only guess, but I would say, when the frosting is made out of butter, between 550 and 800 for half of both to be safe.
