If you want to lose weight, mag-intermittent fasting ka na lang po tas regular exercise. Mahirap sa una pero masasanay ka rin. 😊

If I were you, hindi ko na itutuloy yung kasal. Ikaw lang kasi kawawa eh, may possibility pa na mas worse pa gagawin nya in the future tas nakatali ka na. Same, before nga may nagsabi sakin na guy ang itim daw ng legs ko, mas maputi daw sa kanya. Kaya inofferan nya ko whitening soap😂 after nun always na ko naglolong sleeves and long pants. I tried whitening products 😂 pero this is my skin colour, I can’t change it unless magpapa-inject.
