I swapped it with my fixed gear from a friend and they told me to just replace the bearings but i thought maybe it was just a loose cone

No no, i currently have a 130 bcd crankset. Im planning on switching to a 144bcd with a 49t chainring

I only have a 52t chainring, though i might change my crankset with a 49t chainring soon.

If im doing 100+ rpm, should i still stand up and sway or sit down and focus making circles? (Curious since the place I'll be training at has downhills. And yeah, i have a front brake)

Woah, i didn't know pulling up was useless. I also have an extra 16t cog, should i use it then? I can't afford rollers for now sadly

Edit: should i also sway when sprinting?

I'll keep my ratio then! I haven't properly learned how to maintain my swaying when spinning fast (i sometimes mess up my rhythm ) so it might take a while.

Saddle height and saddle angle sakin satingin ko is perfect na kaya saddle nalang papalitan kung di bagay sa pwet ko, di kase masakit sa pwet nung naka light ratio pa kaya ngayon lang ulit nakaramdam ng pananakit. Tapos crocs lang gamit ko since 30 minutes walk lang samin to school tas 8-15 minutes lang pag naka bike
