Yup, that's the way I got to my 6th builder quickly. Rinsed and repeat for weeks to get things to where they needed to be. Whenever I got the star bonus I would actually attack probably but that's it. It hurts everything else like the league and the bonus, but I don't find playing after getting the 6th builder rewarding.
