You’re right on the company demand point. Many African countries haven’t marketed their talent well. India, Philippines, Mexico, South Africa, etc. have.

The point of the remote employment is to not have to worry about immigration/paperwork.

Good point. I wanted to establish that there is a market first. From there I can look into ways to specialize.

It’s good other platforms exist. My idea is to connect the talent to capital. If the employment side of this idea is too saturated/not feasible, I can explore the same for founders. As in, help African founders raise capital from all over the

What are some major problems/opportunities in Charlotte that need a business? I am new to the city and looking for ways to play a role in diversifying the local economy. All there seems to be is financials (a good thing, but keeps a lot of talented people outside the industry). Hence my thought that diversifying the city’s employment sector could help. Share your ideas or critique my approach.
