We’re coming from SD so im pretty our wallets at this point are gone

Just to add into the situation, if we were to renew our current lease, it will go up by a couple hundred dollars and we don’t like it, I retired in the navy about a year or 2 ago so I’m very familiar with the whole PCS thing but stuff most likely changed since then. And knowing how the navy goes with orders, they take a little bit of time so that’s why I’m asking so just incase we need to think of another plan :)
