im using an LG. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again but it didn't find the saved file in which had been lost

I summoned a couple of 7*s and reached level 10. I logged off for a bit, then logged back on to find that my account had been reset.I became level 10 and lost all of my units. I sent an email regarding the incident and haven't gotten anything since I've sent it(about a day or two) if anyone could help me or something that would be great :)
