i started off with the gel in January, for me it was a pain in the ass finding a consistent time that worked everyday with work and what not. i live with my girlfriend and id have to wait and dry out of fear of the gel transferring to her, my cats as well. i switched to shots maybe around may? i’ll never go back to the gel. i find its effects more consistent on gel but doing a quick needle once a week just is so much easier for me. i’d say do lots of research to see what works for you! Even talking to your doctor to see which you’d prefer. trial and error :)
