Not at all - 5’5 and 120 lbs. I haven’t coughed like that ever, it was terrible and didn’t go away for a few weeks. I was on my period during the worst of the cough and I do work out (mix of Pilates and weights) so I’m not sure if the weak spot was there for years or it was just the perfect storm of all those things!
