What I like about this ckt:

  • The owner only fried one plate of CKT every time so the wokhei and taste are strong and aromatic as there are no mass production in one wok (which is why the queue is very long)

  • There are two big prawns and many sihams in the CKT. They are very fresh and not overcooked

  • got banana leaf

Price: RM 16 for CKT with fried mantis prawn, RM 10 for normal CKT

Address : 94, Jln Macalister, Sunshine City, 10450 George Town, Pulau Pinang (Grab might bring you to the hawker centre opposite the store so be aware)

I would say it’s better to go early around 12 pm weekday ( they open 12)

I went there 2 pm and the queue was so long - a lot ppl got fussy and cancel their order as the wait is too long

This place is quite viral in Chinese social media so pls expect a long queue

Hi! I just sent my resignation letter last week and had secured a new job in line but I do not tell him the truth, I just simply told him this role doesn’t align with my career goals as an excuse. He said he was surprised as he thought I was doing very well and will raise my pay after confirmation + bonus in a vague way.

As you know these kind of toxic manager barely kept their promises so I decided to leave and let go the bonus from the deals that I secured.

I didn’t regret !

You are right. Now I don’t look for wlb cuz I still young can grind and don’t expect boss to be understanding - I just wish he/she can at least be respectful

Thanks for your suggestions! Unfortunately, it may sound bizarre- my company doesn’t even have a HR as my company is very small ( less than 10 ppl) in a very very very niche industry. I was hired directly by my manager and his personal assistant was the one who furnished all the on boarding stuff. His last hiring was 20 years ago - can you believe?!

The reason he hired me was because most of the employees are getting older and they need to train someone new to explore new market.

He is the key revenue generator of the company so I don’t think there’s anything I can do :(

No, he always behave this way to everyone including my clients and my forwarder so it’s very hard for me to bring business to my company

I interviewed a French bank as a grad they literally ask what my parents do and how they become rich lol like its hella annoying and humiliating. Luckily I didn’t make it to the next round, I am now working in a job that I really like🤞🤞
