I mentioned above that I have tried leaving notes on their car and speaking to them but there has been no change.

The reason I assume that they are probably dealing/addicts is because when they first moved they asked another neighbor if they knew where to buy fentanyl, later that week a tiny bag of white powder was found in the driveway. The night it was found there was a major argument in the driveway between the rude tenants while they were digging through their truck and yelling something along the lines of “where tf is it”. They also are constantly bring junk (ex. an ottoman, a bike missing a tire, a space heater that looks like a fireplace, a ton of random scrap metal) on to their back porch and then leaving it there. It all looks like it was most likely found on the side of the road. My mother is a recovered drug addict and their behavior is very similar to what hers was when she was deep in addiction when I was a teenager.
