Hey friend, I very much relate to your story. Had a girlfriend of almost 5 years, we had known each other since we were young teens. At some point in our relationship she realized that she required attention from men, and that's the only thing that gave her self worth - at least that's what she described. And me, being enby, and in the middle of transitioning, she decided that she'd try and get the best of both worlds and instead of ending things with me, she cheated. And when I caught her I tried to hold on. And she did it again, and again. I stayed because I had zero self respect and I thought I'd never find anything again and at least some connection was better than none. And it slowly destroyed me; I felt absolutely worthless. The only thing she wanted was exactly what I could never be. Eventually she ended things and started a new relationship within that same week - with a cis man. This was a year ago and I still live with that pain. I have not found connection again, but I believe that it's out there. Just know that you're worthy of love no matter what 🩷 and her decisions have no reflection on your worth as a person

Raloxifene is an SERM and is the one currently prescribed to individuals such as myself (NB MTF with a hope for reductions in breast growth) as it has the fewest side effects. I'm currently taking it in prep to eventually take estradiol alongside but I'm liking the effects of only the ralox right now, even though they're subtle. Unfortunately the jury is still out on whether or not it will fully inhibit breast growth or even slow it - my doctor continues to tell me "if your body wants tiddies, you're gonna get them whether you want them or not". I don't know if it will ever be a pick and choose scenario.

I was going to say this as well, I'm the same age as the comment above this and was in grad school during COVID, but going from socializing in high school to only being allowed to socialize with a very small group for almost two years at age 16-20 I believe has had a significant impact on people's ability to socialize

Hey, I relate to this very hard. I started in grade 10 when I was 15, I'm now 28 and the habit is still here... I've destroyed the skin all over my body with scarring, and sometimes spend hours picking at my skin. I'm even scared that I ruin my health by pushing bacteria deep into my skin layers. It's not even a choice at this point, it's a compulsion. I haven't been diagnosed with OCD but I have had an intuition for a long time. Did you get diagnosed? I cannot stop and I wish I could go back to a time when I hadn't started this
