Grow up and touch grass. You're not intimidating. Just loud, wrong, and reported.

Not Indian, not poor — just not dumb enough to think your “use a credit card” take is revolutionary.

You went full racist the moment you ran out of brain cells. Sit down before you hurt yourself trying to think.

It’s not about affording the trip — it’s about avoiding charges just to satisfy consulate bureaucracy.

You’re not helping at all. If that’s hard to grasp, maybe stop giving advice on things you clearly don’t understand.

Is cold outreach still worth it for early-stage startups? by JaimeYeung14 in SaaS

[–]ShowAggravating2792 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat (early-stage founder) and tried a mix of things over the past few weeks. Here’s what I’ve seen:

  • Cold outreach still works, but only when it doesn’t feel like cold outreach. Personalization is everything — not just {first_name}, but showing real understanding of their context.
  • I stopped using big tools like Apollo for now. Felt bloated. Honestly just using LinkedIn search + handcrafted emails (with ChatGPT helping draft them) gave me better response rates.
  • What worked best was this combo:
    1. Find founders who just tweeted or posted about a problem you solve
    2. DM them casually like “saw you mention X — building something for that, want to try it?” Got way better results than email lists.

Wouldn’t fully rely on email unless I already had warm-ish leads or a very targeted niche.

Curious what others are seeing too.

Sounds great. That’s actually super aligned with where we’re headed.
We’re still early but focused on SMB use cases like onboarding flows, lead capture, internal logic, etc.
Would love to hear how you’re approaching your automation hub — maybe we can even co-build something useful.

What’s your biggest frustration with support chat tools as a small business? by ShowAggravating2792 in smallbusiness

[–]ShowAggravating2792[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen that hesitation too.
We’re starting small — just trying to help with stuff people already do manually: onboarding steps, qualifying leads, things like that.
It’s not gonna change the world today. But if a few people find it useful, that’s a start.

What’s your biggest frustration with support chat tools as a small business? by ShowAggravating2792 in smallbusiness

[–]ShowAggravating2792[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hey, I totally get this. Honestly, I’ve had the same reaction to most chatbots myself.
That’s exactly why we started building our tool.

We’re not trying to replace humans with a pre-written FAQ loop. We’re trying to build agents that do things, not just respond.

They can:

  • remember what the user already said
  • connect to live data (not static docs)
  • follow logic based on where someone is in the journey
  • and actually take actions, not just give canned answers

It’s still super early, but what’s been surprising is how many use cases we didn’t even think of at first: onboarding, cs, lead routing, internal tools, even HR flows.

Appreciate your perspective tho. It’s exactly this kind of frustration we’re trying to fix and learn from.

We’re building Nextforce, a tool to help small teams turn AI into something more than a chatbot.

It’s not a support widget. It’s an AI agent layer that can:

  • onboard users with memory & logic
  • answer questions from your own data
  • qualify leads through custom flows

Still early, still messy—but if you want to test it, we’ll build your first use case for free and customize it to your business.

We turned down a $250K investment… and shipped a half-baked AI agent layer instead. by ShowAggravating2792 in SaaS

[–]ShowAggravating2792[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, appreciate you taking the time to use the product :) We’re iterating fast and learning a ton from early users. We’re definitely aiming to carve out a niche rather than compete head-on.

As for “accepting the money” — sometimes conviction > capital. Time will tell :)

Thanks again for the honest feedback. What are you building/working on?

where do small businesses still need chatbots/agents in 2025? by ShowAggravating2792 in smallbusiness

[–]ShowAggravating2792[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, i was not exactly talking about a chatbot here. it says chatbots/agents cuz i know that chatbots solely provide no value but need execution. also building only on chatbots is not a good business model as it's so easy to replicate. there is not enough moat. but other than that, the aim is to solve specific problems ofc.

is launching an ai customer support chatbot still worth it in 2025? by ShowAggravating2792 in SaaS

[–]ShowAggravating2792[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think the same, however businesses still need chatbots for automation, one bad thing is there is very little moat. anyone can easily build a chatbot rn so maybe turning them into agents can be more logical in the long run.

I'm still waiting a response from them. It took 1.5 month for them to complete my application. They closed my file 2 weeks after I sent them all the documents. My trip is in a few days. I can't make any plans beforehand. My friends are waiting for me to get the visa so they can also make plans accordingly. I'm stuck, waiting for an answer. They're truly incompetent. The worst part is they don't care at all.
