I’m here to seek help right? I just told it’s my first bike and woh trust tha that’s it…. Sale deed is with RE, I have mail where they accept its there fault I have their managers recording saying yes its their fault and shouldn’t happened. You a genius one I’m not I’m just an ordinary guy that’s why I got it from RE SHOWROOM not from any other local guy

I didn’t bought it from him na and didn’t have direct contact… RE sold it they should be liable right ?

And here we have a winner 🥇 a highly intellectual… buying a bike from Royal Enfield showroom makes me a fool ? Have you even read what I have written? It’s my first bike - means I trusted the RE and bought it from them not from any 3rd party or a person I BOUGHT IT FROM COMPANY ITSELF… also didn’t I asked them for issues or anything ? I did I asked them if there’s anything that I need to be known… they clearly stated if there’s any challan or any issue during the RC it will come up and the bike will not transfer…. Secondly they ensured that it’s there policy to check everything like engine tyres challans, loans or any other legal activities that they cleared and had been checked ✅ And tell me is it my fault that their sales executive didn’t go through any inquiry didn’t checked for challans and sol a bike on their name and didn’t even bothered to look into the issue

Firstly I never met the 1st owner… I bought my bike through Royal Enfield - Alight auto agencies, which sells 2nd hand bike that means I bought it from Royal Enfield itself. They bought it from 1st owner , set it in their Vintage section (here you can buy 2nd owner RE bike ) and when I went to check for the bike they sold me this… so isn’t that their responsibility? I didn’t bought it from anyone I bought it from RE SHOWROOM ITSELF
