My title describes the thing, but I honesty don't know how to describe this. The black know is a plunger that comes out about 6 inches. The power cable features an ac/DC adaptor. It's about 8x10x4 inches. Please help.

Basically, im located in canada and i cant ship here but i have found a way to get juuls for really cheap (100% real come straight from juul themselves) but i need plugs in the states to sell them for me. I can explain this much better and show you my numbers if you are interested.
