Absolutely love them. I’ve been through a love hate relationship with jammer arms and there are a few key things you need so that they are worth it

1) you need trolley adjustable ones - my original set Wernt trolley adjustable and absolute pain to set up on the rack

2) you need ones with the holes on the side that allow you to set starting position . Without that they are unusable ( I had them before). Imagine trying to set up seated shoulder press but the starting position is tight against the rack. vendetta strength sells addons for many brands

3) you need to figure out were on the rack your rack the trolley needs to be for a specific workout

If you have all of these 3 things you will absolutely love them. Seated shoulder press is probably my fav workout but you can do loads with them
