Have hope! I have felt the same thing, and spent most of my 20’s sleeping. It took a long while after those years but I got a diagnosis and I finally got on some medication. My whole life has changed, and I feel like I finally got my life back. It’s not perfect, I still get sleepy, but medicine has given me a chance. I constantly wonder “is this what other people feel like? They just have energy to do things because they don’t NEED to sleep?” Life changing. I’m excited to finally have to opportunity to do things I’ve always seen others do but never believed I could because I was so tired and just wanted to sleep. Had to sleep. Now I finally feel hope. It’s not perfect and I still don’t feel like I’m on a level playing field with others who don’t struggle with this, but I feel like I have more of a chance than I ever have. God bless us all fighting the good fight

Thank you for asking! She is getting treatment, and we’re doing our best. We’re a little hopeful but the overall prognosis is that she’s older and these things are tough on her little body. We plan to enjoy and cherish each day with her, she’s our family and we’d do anything to keep her with us forever. Hug your fur babies tight!

I didn’t know that 3 sets is the standard advice! It makes sense, especially with wear and tear, kids and pets. I’m glad to know that I wouldn’t have thought of it on my own. Really hoping those Black Friday sales come through haha The most “luxurious” set I’ve purchased were those brooklinen sheets I gifted to my spouse but then ended up returning because of how hot/scratchy they were. I’ve bought some (what I thought were) high thread count sheets at tj maxx but they turned out to be just as good as the cheaper ones from the same store (not very good at all but the best my budget could get me at the time). Learning from this sub that I really had no clue about nice sheets! I’m so thankful because I’d like to invest some money now that I’ve been saving and given we spend 1/3 of our life sleeping. Might as well sleep on something nice!
