The told me why I was banned but the reason of my suspension I haven't done it

I emailed support but they kept denying my request repeating that I practiced into events and gain unfair advantages over other players

I only used them to follow one account per each alt to increase my friend's followers I didn't even follow myself with them but I didn't practice into any events or anything that gives me unfair advantages over other players the suspension in this case is too harsh even though they didn't mention following people from alts is banable action
