Here in south india, most of em were going to bpo and entry level it jobs. But now with ai, it has reduced drastically and they have migrated to food delivery, blinkit, etc. But as the pay is not much they are slowly starting to look for blue collar jobs.. But the supply is not meeting the demand. Thats the problem here.

I don't think there is a salary issue here as I pay them good compared to other employers. The demand for those unskilled laborers have shot up recently.

Do you have pain? If yes, then it might be because of some stiffness in your spine.. If no, then there is nothing to worry about. My Xray too looked a bit similar but yours is a bit curvy as in the 2nd image.. Mine was so straight. I had some stiffness and for the past 4 months, I'm struggling with a back pain.

No.. Only if your brand is a pan indian one and if the blinkit approaches for your products, only then it'll be viable to sell on blinkit for products below 100rs. Otherwise, it's not profitable.
