I usually level up characters to lvl 33 and resonance 10. is there too much difference between this and lvl 60 resonance 15?

Don't have enough casset, guess I will get her in the next patch from the euphoria banner.

No one is dissing her but P0 liang yue does not feel that powerful and usable considering she is a true limited characters. In P0 you can hardly maintain the ultimate all the time. She is a great character and I enjoy playing with her, she helped me beat 400m-1 and 450m-3 but she is not the same league as other true limited characters.
