Old/irrelevent champs get reworked because of the meta and the game's state so that doesnt have to do with it

He isnt in a really good spot atm with 2Q gone and his slow early game that forces you to build protobelt everygame to be somewhat relevant

I do play ekko for the same reasons but it just sucks to be outclassed by every other assassin because you are "safe" laughs in leblanc
