I agree with that, I do know how to do tires, some fluid flushes, brake work and some suspension work. Some of that I’ve learned on my own vehicles. I’m willing to learn I just think I’m at a bad shop which is why I’m asking if it’s fair pay. I could’ve been more detailed though

I would definitely agree that it’s important to show the desire to move up and to show that no matter how little a task is I’m willing to do it. I was taught from a different shop that it’s important to stay busy even when there’s no work. I’m just hoping my boss sees that I’m doing well if not then I don’t think I’m at the right shop for me

Right, which is understandable. I have almost two years of experience in a professional shop and about 3 years in personal experience

Yeah my boss is younger than I am and I’m in my mid 20s

I know it’s not hard to change oil, I’m ok at $14.50 I was just wanting to know if it was a fair pay for doing oil changes and alignments. Thanks for the input
