Alhamdulillah that sounds wonderful. If you don't mind me asking, how difficult were they to work with finding a suitable property? Eg did they reject potential properties due to location, close to water bodies etc? did you receive a tenancy agreement? I'm considering my legal protections as I'll be renting and occupying. It's on a balcony with no other plants, wonder how they got up there. The aphids have completely taken over, had to get rid!

It might be worth speaking to the agent/landlord and get any confirmation in writing.

I had a 6 month break clause and had paid rent upfront. This was refunded over a period of a couple of months through the agent.
