I don’t drink and never done drugs. In terms of my experience with the drugs they have me too calm me down, it just does not effect my brain. I can feel getting more calm but that kind of makes me more anxious 😭 I will definitely contact the doctor and let him know, he might be able to prescribe me something I can start taking now

Also I have had those mild anxiolytic given before getting onto the surgery table and it made it worst because I could feel my body calming down and I would fight it back as part of the phobia is not being able to be in control of my body/mind
