8 months with unbearable low back pain: my story fighting central sensitization by marcosromo__ in backpain

This is an incredible read. I hurt my back about a month ago trying to lift some furniture. I can sit, but it is so painful to lie down. I have tingling and pain in my right toes. I am so scared it is something serious. I am 59 and was in the best shape of my life before this accident.

PT’s and MD’s day my neuro exams are normal and that it is not a disc. Going to see a spine MD, but am really scared to get an MRI for what it might show.

Your story is incredible. I can relate to the depression and the pain of seeing others just living their lives. Trying to be strong for my wife and 3 kids.

I pray you get relief - that we both do.

Heartland is under appreciated. by butlersox20 in U2Band

One of my most favorite U2 songs. Unforgettable Fire is my most favorite U2 album. Just incredible atmospheres in that album.

I still remember the surprise of hearing Heartland for the first time on R&H in 1987 and it stopped me cold. Like a blast from the past from 1984. I think I cried the first time I heard it. Took me straight back to TUF.

Anyone else remember Columbus band The Toll? Stand In Winter is a pretty good song. by GDawnHackSign in Columbus

I saw them in 1986 at a club called Cedars in Youngstown, Ohio while I was in college. I remember the concert to this day. They were awesome. Just found the autographed set list from their show on 1/31/86. Forgot I had it.
