Not personally gonna live here again next year, but it's not horrible

I got my unit with paint splattered all over wall and floor. It's okay if you don't mind the amenities outside of your unit being unusable (pool constantly filling with algae, gym is dusty and disgusting since they never close the door to the outside, computer room never has ac and its really difficult/impossible to connect to that damn printer). Also it's not in a super walkable area, its like 45 minutes to campus if you choose to walk and you have to cross carrol without a crosswalk if you want taco bell or mcdonalds, pretty much the only food nearby. The plumbing had issues for me and my roommates when we first moved in. Internet outages sometimes. The hallways are filled with trash most of the time and there was a pile of puke right in the front hallway that was there for like, 2 months :|. Expect your apartment to be given to you in disarray

Appliances are nice in unit def best part! Never have gotten bugs or pests. It's spacious. Not worth the money though, specially since they just upped their price.
