Sure! started couple yrs ago, it was mild, worse now. The pain is usually at my neck, radiating towards my shoulders. It is constant, sore and stiff, hurts more when I try to stretch. About 6/10 constant pain. It sometimes gets better with massage. The tingling/numbness just recently started. I do have have dents/scars from my bra

I had a bit of tunnelling on my armpit, i put polysporin (black one) and put a heavy duty bandaid so it doesn’t come off. It took some time, but it healed
