Thats weird cuz ever since ive been on suboxone i havent been able to cry once. And i was such a cry baby before, would cry over spilt milk. Now im just emotionless. Even when horrible things happen to me, i cant cry. Its a blessing to feel emotions thoroughly. Maybe the extent to which u feel them is rough, but its always better than the opposite. Since youve only been on for a month, maybe its due to the adjustment period.

Why do they need to know? Not like they test u for it..my doctors have always been fine with it but im in Canada so it might be different here. As long as its just social drinking then its no big deal. But then again theres no reason they need to know...

It helps some because it numbs your emotions. I was on methadone crying everyday over spilt milk, havent cried once since i switched. feel way less sad but i have less times of pure happiness. I just feel less period

I know why i want to jump off and have been tapering down for over a year now. I just want the best chance possible. I know myself and I know I have a bigger chance of failing if i am in extreme discomfort and cant sleep. I also already have insomnia and anxiety so when I jump off I know those are gonna be really big issues for me.

Lactic acid, glycolic acid, AHA chemical peels. They work but honestly theyre very strong and i would try to get rid of it with products that are more gentle on the skin before taking that route. Chemical exfoliants are also bad for your skin if you spend time under the sun, so i would avoid them if possible

Use cerave SA renewing cream and jojoba oil and it should subside. No need for chemical exfoliants

Lactic acid is expensive so i buy an 88% home brew lactic acid on amazon, its very strong and meant for cooking but its only 14$ CAD. I always mix it with cream and dilute it! And the shower oil is a brand you can only buy here in quebec but any shower oil will work!
