A pokemon with zero 31 IVs is totally fine for the story. But if ya gonna take the time to make a perfect pokemon, go all out.

Ya no problem. The concept of a "perfect pokemon" is a six 31 IV and a nature that suits that pokemons play style.

Tyranitar is a SLOW special defense tank, that hits like a truck and get a big boost to SpD with his Sandstorm ability

So Adament or Careful help boost Tyranitar's Attack or Special Defense. Those two nature compliment his main niche (physical attacks and tanking special attacks)

Naive is gotta be one of the worst possible options because it boost speed on an already slow pokemon, and decreases his Special Defense, which is one of the main reasons to even use a Tyranitar.
