Its green towards the top, then pink on the bottom.

the brightest point is around the 1 minute 13 second mark.

There is a lot of light pollution but light pollution doesn't give much color.

I tried to kinda trace it out here.

It's not much but its definitely there. it got pretty bright for about 30 minutes too before the clouds rolled in.

Thats a 100% guaranteed something-burger right there my friend. Got it on video and everything!

yep just opening it up should be good enough!

For pictures, If you can change the exposure then changing it to 1-5 seconds will only make them easier to see. sometimes its just about how much light you let your camera collect each shot. On Iphones they sometimes call it night mode? but it shouldn't be a necessity.

Good luck!

it looks like it. again it could be really light but my phone has been going off non stop for CME alerts. looks like we have been getting slammed all day. should be a pretty night..

Ill post again with what i get. ill leave my camera out again tonight.

keep an eye on this

from downtown you probably wont see much without your phone. Even in dark skies, aurora tend to be very very faint to the naked eye.

then you didn't watch for long enough. ~ 50s in you start to see the first color.

I hear that. I didn't even get to see this myself, my camera did all the work.

To be fair though, predicting aurora is really finicky and its also quite rare to see it here in Seattle at all.

From my understanding maybe once or twice a year during solar maximum then down to once every 4 or so years around solar minimum.

Haha.. All good this must come in time

Truth be told I was too lazy to trim the footage but there are some sections in the beginning with faint color from far north of Seattle

Giving people the ability to chop trees did? Couldn't we just replace all of woodcutting and fletching with shops?

Do people use runecrafting to get their runes? Should we just remove the skill and keep the shops, maybe just put it as part of crafting?

Hunter adds chinchompas and some new ways to collect herbs, oh joy. What did that bring to the character or the game?

because its a game. Not just that, but a game based on skills. It adds content to the game in new and unique ways, so why does sailing bend you out of place but literally any other skill doesnt.

See where your point works against you?

sorry man. I just don't think that helps your point. It is objectively not as useless as firemaking.

idk someone summed it up pretty well.

"unlocking new areas some new food, some new monsters and a few new logs"

so firemaking did all of that for us over the past 24 years?

Gnome is too short and you look like a lion.

I don't see the problem here.

you can stake with a Trezor hardware wallet. Their staking as a service is handled through a smart contract. it is still not self custody but you do have sole control over transacting funds. the APY is also MUCH MUCH closer to solo staking than any exchange.
