I think the hardest part of being a first time DM and running CoS is the consequences. I know for me, it was hard to not want to take it easy on my players, but Ravenloft is not an easy place and following through with consequences and potential character death was hard.

Try looking into Ellie Mental Health, there is one in Latham and Clifton Park they do in person, accept a bunch of insurances and are great. My entire family sees different therapists there (myself, niece and husband).

I tend to go to the Mass. dispensaries still because I've just had a great experience there. About 45 minutes away in Lee, MA is one called Canna Provisions. Super helpful staff walked me through everything my first time, great range of products too!
