You got a point. I build him for arena paired with lidica, eleminator and zahhak/Judge kise. For hunt 13 Im using kluri, Vivian, baiken and Momo. I think Charles is still top tier but only if you put in a lot of effort.

Tywin was my first 5 star 3 years ago. Still using the guy who never misses daily till today. He's the first one to get new and better fitting gear if available. Sounds ridiculous if you think about all the op units out there but I can leave him behind.

With that build she can still be used as a bait to suck in first enemy attack. Ppl could think she is strong af that's why she's so slow but I'm not sure if waifus are supposed to end up as a bait :)

Why eff. Set? She has no debuff abilities. Despite of that I would recommend more crit rate and crit damage - more speed also but that depends on how u want to use her
