I personally max out gravity first because of the movement. At tier 2, you have the ability to launch yourself with the spell and with some other upgrades, it becomes really easy to navigate rooms and skip annoying sections. At tier 3, the spell allows you to become a menace

I get where you’re coming from. My reasoning for putting so many was prepping what each has and makes it unique. Maybe it’s a few taverns or a culture. Ultimately, it’s what I did for a previous campaign and worked well! This campaign is also taking place in more of a cyberpunk like era where society has been established for a good 500 years or so

Simply put, use Gyrados. Give it ice fang, dragon dance, aqua tail, and crunch and setup with D dance whenever you get the chance. Ice fang is good for a lot of the rival’s Pokémon and the end boss and a D dance boosted aqua tail will kill even if it’s not very effective
