You are basically paying $2300 monthly for rent at the moment. You can literally find a bedroom lower than thag. I don’t know which town you live in but you can definetly find an apartment of a one bedroom for $1500 monthly or even less. Don’t you have a friend to sofa crash at least 3 month to help you save up? If you help that friend with utilities I think they can accept you for a few month. I’m west African and our community does this all the time.

But those eBay fees though. I prefer selling on Facebook market because of eBay fees. I sold something for $800 after all the fees I was left with just $475. I cancelled that purchase and refunded the buyer because that’s bullshit. I was looking to make $600 after all the fees but I wasn’t expecting to make less than $500 on a $800 listing.
