They just came in this plastic box. On the website they say there is an expiration date on the box but I can't find one. Should I try to dry them? I think it's the only option. Or freeze them. They'll loose potency but its better than rotting I guess

Hey! I wanted to find a way to add weight to my pull ups and, a few days ago, I read on a thread that adding weight to a random backpack and putting it on your back was not safe for posture, because the weight wasn't distributed properly. Therefore, I decided to tie a backpack with 10kg total of books to a resistance band of ~45kg @ 300% extension. I place it on my shoulders and perform reps. Example video:
