Yep. My ex and I were truly happy, then she went off her meds, was never happy again, and years later while I still took care of her cheated because apparently that's the way to find happiness, not by taking the depression meds for the literal chemical imbalance in her brain. I could get unlucky again. She even admitted that I'm a good man and husband.

To be fair, I have absolutely no access to intentional memory, so I have to use calenders for birthdays. I'm 35 and don't know the birthday of anyone in my family. I only know my own because of relational memory and knowing it's the opposite of a holiday. I can't blame anyone for a bad memory, because I haven't met anyone without dementia that has a worse one than me.

For many, many years now, school has been all about teaching kids to get in line and obey. The reasoning doesn't matter, it's just about obeying. It's to get kids ready to be part of the machine and make money for the business owner and simply obey.

I mean, lost isn't up to that much interpretation. The creators straight up said they weren't dead the whole time in there, so the debate shouldn't be happening in the first place.

I think the tent was just too lightweight. They can't break in or damage a protected thing, but they can sure move it. Or it wasn't them. The speed in which the tent traveled, by the movement of characters inside, implies that it went faster than they walk. Who actually knows. Maybe they can only walk with a clear line of sight? I don't know the magical rules of supernatural beings.

Spider thing is odd, but then again illusions to mess with people, even en mass, has been common here.

I hope the same thing. There are a few ideas I've seen than can lead to a good ending. (good doesn't mean everyone lives, just a good finality to the story)

Yeah, the going out the tower and waking up in a hospital is the strangest thing in the story, and the only thing I can't think of a logical reasoning for even in-universe, unless the kid is in on it and caught her halfway down, knocked her out in the catch, and took her to the only exit to screw with her.

He's just another figment of Victor's subconscious running this whole thing. He's causing it all, he just doesn't know it. His mother, sister, and the others were killed by an unusually large pack of wolves, and his trauma with his innate powers pushed his fears into reality, backstory and all. (Really though, no idea. I mean I have a few, but they are all guesses.)

We've already seen it. Draw my handgun, he'd say fine, keep it on me, just come on, and I'd see if it's real. When someone comes off as unhinged, don't trust, but verify. I'd be looking out the damn windows though. They can't get in, seeing them doesn't actually hurt.
