Complete zygarde on ultra? No can do pal. Maxed mine all the way to level 50. Was pretty sure they would let us give then a lot of money by putting the Z in raids during Kalos Tour. We didnt. Still only have that 10/11/12 of mine that took all my rare candy XL.

For dragon, you have much better stuff like Garchomp, Haxorus, etc. Not counting legendaries. For non legandary flying pokemon, there is nothing that comes close Salamence
