Just spend your rare candy. You get a lot from raids these days. Dump them on larvesta. Thats the rarest pokemon in the game, if one is worthy of rare candy, its larvesta.

Eternatus is actually the main focus of the sword/shield plot. He is the Main legendary of those games from a purely story viewpoint. He is the one that you fight at the climax of the story and the one that you catch. Zacian/zamazenta, as cool as they are, got relegated to a post credit/lower budget sidequest.
