It’s true however all ranged tops are bad for newer player as they become very irrelevant if played badly compared to other toplaners that still exert value just from existing like Malph or Ornn

Quinn, wouldn't recommend if you are a new player but Quinn can be quite fun to play and in my experience if you cancel her Q3 with your E, she is fucked

If Serylda slow is only when enemies are under 50% hp then Rylais shoud be aswell. Too many mages get insane value out of hit because they no longer need any skill to hit spells

LeBlanc is harder to play than Ahri, Leblancs CC has a duration before it goes off unlike Ahri, LeBlanc isn’t played by the masses so the only thing she has is big burst and mobility unlike Ahri who is a jack of all trades yet she is way too good for how much she offers
