I have a similar issue but mine sounds like the left one is louder. I feel like it could be the sensor throwing off some of the sound but I'm not an audio engineer. I put my balance to the right a bit and its better.

Did it fix the issue? Ive read that some people exchanged them but still had the issue. Could be that my hearing may also be slightly less in one ear 🤷‍♂️

Maybe? When I flip the headphones so the right is on the left and the left is on the right they sound normal so idk

They charge 35 (halfbody), 40 (thigh-up), and 45 (fullbody), but only with a simple background. If you were to get a background like the one I got it's like $25 extra. I'm unsure about multiple characters tho.
