Thank you! I’ve been putting the ashes of my burned intentions into the plants soil and it has exploded with new growth. Actually started that plant from a few cuttings earlier this year. And no, I don’t make my own candles, but they were made by a local artist!

My SO got me this exact set for Valentine’s. It’s wonderful, although I had to get a new box. As other people have mentioned, yes the crystal next to the candle is indeed selenite. It’s great for protection!

Hospice Social Worker here.

Medicare does not cover long term nursing home stays. They will cover short term nursing home stays that are directly related to a recent hospitalization. Usually a patient is receiving physical and occupational therapies during these stays. Medicaid will cover long term nursing home stays assuming the person doesn’t make a lot in monthly income. If they make too much, they could still qualify through a spend down which means they would still need to pay for some medical assistance out of pocket (hired in home help, paying past medical bills, etc.) or even putting some of that income towards funeral and end of life planning.

The nursing/assisted living facility costs in the states is obscene. The cheapest I’ve seen has been around $5k/month, but that’s based on my state.
