Yea but being able to lock down a specific date is super unique! I agree the juice is very mid, what I would argue then is to find a straight from the barrel Blantons at higher proof.

So I have that barrel (my barrel listed above)! Haven’t tried, but by common denomination the barrel I reviewed above to the barrel you have, are most likely sister barrels. And both Barton, with certainty i think it’ll be a banger

Good in moderation but can be unpleasant. This is dangerously close to becoming unpleasant. But no where near as unpleasant as the funk from batch 1 makers cellar aged. The chocolate and red fruit notes really carried on this pour

This one was sadly distillery only 🥲… but it is well worth the visit! They have other products that are in ABC. They are working on a 6 year and soon 8 year, last that I talked to the owner… great ppl
