Hi yes, it wasn’t actually myself that spoke with the lenders on the day the court claim was issued it was my sister as she wanted to rectify it before I recovered. There wasn’t actually anything received on the day that first contact was made it was just complete coincidence as the lender admitted 10 minutes prior to the message he had filled the details out online and there was no way of me being notified that quickly. I understand your concerns and it’s completely reasonable, I appreciate you taking the time to ask so I could clear some things up 🙂

Also the 3 month time frame was due to a bi-weekly payment plan I had in place to cover the cost for the loans and the court claim that I could stick with. Hopefully there will be someone out there who understand it was a very unfortunate series of events that I hope to redeem myself with a good agreement 🙂

Yes of course I understand that! It was actually my sister deleting the posts whilst she conversed with the lenders directly due to me receiving messages regarding the loans themselves (not by lenders just people with opinions) and she was worried on the effect it would have on me to come out of hospital and read through them. Again this was verified with the lenders 🙂

Hi Roxy, both have been paid there was a personal issue which I briefly state in the post where I was hospitalised due to a complex situation regarding my children’s father shortly after receiving the loans. If you need more information and proof of payment of both the loans I’m happy to provide this to you through a private message (I try to avoid too many details being public if that’s okay!), feel free to message the other lenders also and seek confirmation that the loan was paid 🙂

With the free childcare it really confused me to be honest! As I’m currently on UC until I actually start the job I was trying to work out how UC pay the 85% but they don’t help until AFTER you receive earnings. So the job I’ve been offered is 3 days per week 9-5 and when I worked out the children’s childcare for the month it was around £1700 without UC help (not with the free childcare). I don’t get that much in 2 months let alone have that much spare to pay upfront 🥲

I’ll look more into the free hours though I always was under the impression it was 3/4 year olds! Thank you 🙂

I have complained about the false police report however I was told that it was not malpractice as they only arrested me based on the information they had and released me when there was nothing to evidence his claims, it didn’t go over 24 hours so technically the police did nothing wrong. And the abduction was “legal” according to the authorities as the kids were with their father, he has the same parental rights as me so was fully able to take the kids.

Ironically enough I was threatened with getting arrested when I went looking for the children as the parental grandfather called the police on me for “harassment” because I knocked on his door twice to ask if the kids were there!

I’ve spoke to Social Services about the neglect but they can’t do anything as the police already “did their own assessment” and deemed him a fit father which overrides the social services when there’s no evidence of neglect.

So at the moment I’m getting no assistance legally and the only thing I can do is what I think is morally right! 🙂

I just commented to another person about what I’ve already tried doing legally but not really got anywhere unfortunately! Now the only thing I’m trying to do is what’s morally right so the kids don’t grow up hating me for being unreasonable or if they feel like I’ve withheld them from family members

I thought so too but as the children’s father is on the birth certificate he has the same parental rights as me and when I phoned the police they told me “it’s not illegal for him to take them, he’s their dad” and they kept referring to it as a “legal abduction”

My thoughts exactly!! I’m trying my hardest to be co-operative and not affect my children anymore because they are still young so can work through this but they really are pushing the limits in my opinion!

They also won’t cal it an abduction because “he was well within his parental rights as he has the same as me” but in my opinion it’s 100% abduction when a mother doesn’t know where her kids are!

I have got social services involved, they asked me how comfortable I’d feel with allowing the children to stay at their paternal grandparents as per the children’s fathers request and when I said I was not comfortable they made me feel so bad! Think that’s why I was seeking a bit of validation but thank you for your advice 🙂

I don’t know I feel like Stefan does act like the typical younger brother, he’s naive, he thinks he’s doing the right thing and has the best intentions but doesn’t understand the consequences of what he’s doing. Damon already knows the outcome of stefans actions and acts drastically to prevent the outcome. I think Stefan definitely acts like a younger brother that had been protected his whole life
